Your personalized wellness program includes 12 one-hour sessions. We meet—in person, on the phone or by Skype—twice a month for six months. Research shows that a minimum of six months is needed to implement the necessary changes. Six months in which we’ll transform your health and your life.

We’ll start with your written health history. Recent lab tests can help: as a trained doctor, I can interpret them properly. 

We’ll look at your diet and begin incorporating fresh, organic, vitamin- and mineral-rich proteins, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. If you have food allergies or sensitivities we’ll start to identify them and steer you toward delicious foods that will boost your brain, increase your energy and enhance your life.

Need to lose weight, gain weight or maintain a 

healthy weight? We can do that. Want to wean off sugar and eliminate food cravings? We can do that, too.

This is not a one-diet-fits-all regimen. You are an individual and I will treat you that way, each step of the way. My coaching is all about bio-individuality.
